Mini Buffet cum Big Feast at Home
It has been a long time since I cooked a decent meal for hubby. Since he had class and my parents are not free to meet, I stay at home to do some cooking lor. 2 of us only but there are 5 dishes. haha.. So I think its appropriate to treat this as a mini buffet. This buffet was done 2 weeks ago.

Seafood Tofu

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tube of tofu (mashed)
100g minced meat
5 prawns (minced)
3 tsp corn flour
Seasoning:
pepper
salt
sesame oil
1) Mix all together

2) Steamed in a tray

3) Cut them and deep fried them.

Final Baking for CNY
With CNY just 3 days away, I finally finished baking the last batch of cookies. Love the cashew nut cookies and decided to bake more of these. Quite satisfied with what I had achieved this year. Managed to bake 4 different types of cookies. The only regret is no pineapple tarts. :(
