Have not cooked this noodles for a long time so bought noodles to cook since I was braising chicken feet for dinner that night.

Sweet & Sour sauce fish

My first attempt on lor mai kai. Make them for yesterday breakfast. I took reference from this recipe but did not follow exactly. Thus, one colleague said too bland for her. But others are ok with it. One colleague said will be good if there is chilli. :P

Cook the macaroni till soft. Mix the sauce with the macaroni and chicken.

Breakfast on 31.05.13 for colleagues

I have a colleague who likes to eat Char Kuay Teow very much. So thought fried some for her and a few other colleagues to try. But my char kuay teow do not have "hum" coz hubby and I do not eat at all.

My colleague said I very kua zhang. I even have these brown papers meant for tabao. lol..

Dinner on 31st May 13

Saw a few FB posts on roast chicken so tempted to make one myself too.

I marinated half chicken using Masterfoods Mustard, Honey and Herb Marinate for half a day. Added some herbs on the chicken and roast them in the oven. A pity that the wing is a bit charred. Next time, will wrap the wings with some foils first.

Also fried 2 more dishes to go with the rice.

Grilled Chicken using HCP

Initially, bought some of these ingredients to cook for hubby on his birthday. Unfortunately, grandma passed away on that day so never celebrate his birthday. Decided to cook these tonight.

1) Marinate the potato with olive oil, salt and pepper.
2) Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
3) Boil some vegetables and set aside. I use cauliflowers, brocolli and baby carrots. Can add asparagus or french beans accordingly to your preference.
4) Fry some fries and set aside
5) Grill the potato and chicken using HCP

6) I like mushroom chicken. Cook the mushroom sauce using the McCormick Seasoning Mix. This seasoning mix is good enough for 2 portions. So mushroom chicken for myself and the helper. I like crinkle fries more than roasted potato.

Grill chicken in mushroom sauce and sausage with fries.

7) Hubby doesn't like mushroom so I cooked him the sauce using the Masterfoods Mustard, Honey and Herb Marinate.
