Why POOH PLAY ROOM? Kitchen is the place that I like most of the house. I am willing to spend most of the time in the "PLAY ROOM" to explore my "TOYS"-oven, stove & my new found toy-breadmaker.

Sambal Chicken with Tau Kwa
Decided to cook dinner tonight. With the half chicken in the fridge, decided to fry with sambal chilli and tau kwa. 1st attempt of frying chicken with sambal chilli and taukwa. Verdict: Nice but bit oily.
